In today’s blog, I will share with you my diet plan for weight loss. Here I will
give information about a full-day diet plan that helps to weight loss.
The first fall if you are looking for a diet plan for weight loss, you need to
reduce your calories intake and try to take a low carb diet. In my coming blog, I will share with you my 15 days diet plan for weight loss, so you will
get an idea what to eat in the breakfast, lunch, and dinner that will help you a
lot in managing your calories. Also, I will give information about food items
you need to consider in your diet plan, such as vegetables, cereals, fruits, pulses, etc.
When weight loss actually happens?
Whatever calories we take should be less than the
calories we spend. Then only weight loss will happen. So for weight loss, it is
important to go for a low carbohydrate diet (Low carb diet).
In this Diet
plan for weight loss, I have added different types of vegetables, cereals and
pulses that are rich in fiber, proteins and other nutrients but low in carbs
that will help you in weight loss.
What is the important point to take care when you design a diet plan for
weight loss for yourself?
It is very essential to take a balanced diet when you are taking any diet plan for weight loss. In a balanced diet, you need high protein
food and low carb diet and always
look for your vitamins and minerals also.
When I designed a diet plan for weight loss for myself I added some supplements in my

I will
share with you my Diet
plan for weight loss-
DAY-1
Before moving for diet plan first I will attach
a picture of my weight,
when I started my diet plan for weight loss, the 1st day my weight is 65.1kg.

Early morning
Early morning once I woke up, I took 2 glass of
normal water, then I took apple cider vinegar drink, apple cider vinegar has so
many health benefits, it is low calorie
drink, ACV helps to suppress the fat accumulation, manages our blood sugar
levels.
To make apple cider vinegar drink- I took 250 ml
Luke warm water, and added 1 spoon (5ml) Nutrinelife apple cider vinegar, mix

After 25 minutes I took my normal tea. However
I have reduced my sugar by 35%. So I am using 2 teaspoons for 3 cups of tea

along it is a very good habit that reduces empty calories.

Water- 1 small cup (75ml)
Milk-1 small cup (75ml)

Mix milk and water, boil it, grate ginger, add
sugar to it, boil it then add tea (2 spoons), switch off the flame and cover
it. After 5 minutes serve it.
Breakfast
I do breakfast generally at 8 am, toady I took
1 glass of milk with Nutrilite protein power and I took 2 small bananas also.

And I added 2 small bananas also, a banana gives

Lunch
Before 45 minutes of my lunch, I added

Ingredients
Paneer-200g
Cabbage- 200g
Capsicum-200g
Tomato-200g
Cucmber-200g
Coriander, mint chutney- 5 spoon
Oil-1 tsp
Serving- 2

Preparation
Take a chopping pad cut the paneer into small
pieces, take a bowl to add 5 spoon coriander, mint chutney, add red chili powder
and salt to it, mix well. Add paneer pieces and mix it will. Keep it in the fridge
to marinate (4 hours).
Take a pan to add 1 tsp oil, spread it with the help of a brush, add marinated paneer tikka to it, shallow fry it, once it did,
take it in a different serving plate, in the same pan add chopped capsicum no need to add any oil to
it, just fry it for 3-5 minutes, then add chopped cabbage, here I have chopped
cabbage and put it in Luke warm water for 5 minutes, then strain it and add it
in a pan , fry it for 5 minutes, add 1 spoon coriander-mint chutney and salt to it.
Once it did, take it out in a serving plate and add paneer tikka to it, I also
took 100 g of cucumber and 1 medium-size tomato in my lunch time.
Evening snacks
During the evening at 4-5pm always take some
healthy food, because at this time if you starve yourself you are going to
overeat during dinner time that will lead to weight gain.
Ingredient-
Egg-2
Red chili powder- for taste
Garam masala- for taste
Oil- 2.5 ml
Salt-for taste
Preparation
Take a nonstick tawa heat it, in a bowl add 2 eggs,
and add red chili powder, salt, garam masala mix well. Once the tawa heat up
add egg mixture to it. And cook it, if you want you can add ½ tsp oil to it,
serve hot.
Dinner
Again 45 minutes before my dinner I added

Ingredients
Bottle gourd (lauki) - 200g
Cabbage- 100g
Tomato-100g
Onion-30g
Carrot-50g
Beans-30g
Capsicum-100g
Spring onion- 10g
Black pepper powder- for taste
Salt- for taste
Maggi magic masala- 1 pouch
Preparation
Wash and Chop all the vegetables into small pieces,
take a cooker to add chopped bottle gourd(lauki), chopped tomato, chop the carrot,
chopped onion to it add 4 glass (1lit) water to it. Pressure cooks it for 15 minutes.
Then strain the vegetables and separate the vegetable stock.
In a mixer add all boiled vegetables and grind it
as a paste.
Take a pan to add washed and chopped cabbage to
it, cook for a while then add chopped capsicum, then add chopped beans, cook
it until it becomes soft, once it did take it out in a serving plate.
In the same pan add vegetable stock to it then
add vegetable paste mix well, once it starts boiling add black pepper powder,
salt and maggi masala magic powder to it, according to your taste. After that
add all fried vegetables, at last add chopped spring onion, now you are healthy
bottle gourd soup is ready.
This is my 1st day- diet plan for weight
loss will come again with our 2nd-day diet plan for weight loss.
Tips to follow with a diet plan for weight loss

Drink
plenty of water (Luke warm water is best)

Exercise
at least 30-45 minutes every day.

Don’t
starve yourself
- ·
Don’t
skip any meals otherwise, you will end up with overeating, that leads to
weight gain.

Sleep
6-8 hours.
- · Avoid all the junk food.
